1. Download PREBOOT.zip from [BootUtil64e](https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15755/intel-ethernet-connections-boot-utility-preboot-images-and-efi-drivers.html) 
2. Extract the contents to a location on the system under test
3. Run the PREBOOT self-extractor, to a location on the system under test
4. Open an admin powershell terminal 
5. Navigate to the following folder in the extracted location`\APPS\BootUtil\Winx64`
6. Run install .bat `install`
7. After installation run `BOOTUTILW64E`
8. You should see a table listing compatible intel network cards. Report the version of the 10Gbe entries
